We’ve been serving the lighting industry for nearly 20 years. We've worked with the electrical industry, electronics industry, law firms, franchisee organizations, media groups, and local/regional business owners. 

Throughout all industries, there is a common need to engage in more digital marketing and outpace higher spending competitors, but without the comprehensive staff, or resources of a more extensive marketing department. Initial Consultation

The first step is to have an initial consultation. We spend time listening and learning what your challenges are. The first meeting is about you. We have questions about where you are, where you are going, and how to get there. You have questions about our experience, portfolio, and process. Let's get to know eachother.

Aligning Needs

The second phase of our process includes gap analysis to determine areas of opportunity. We identify where the biggest areas of opportunity are and propose initial thoughts for your plan. We outline requirements and expectations. We develop the Statement of Work and gain a clear understanding of your needs.

Formalizing the Agreement

The third phase of our process is to review the proposed Statement of Work and confirm the Master Service Agreement. Once the first invoice is paid, we schedule a date for the Launch Meeting (usually within 7 working days).

90-Minute Launch Meeting Checklist

Once the agreements are formalized, we have a Launch Meeting. This is a 90-minute working checklist to get our relationship quickly up and running. The intent is to collaborate and ensure we have the right expectations in place. When we leave this meeting we have a clear plan in place for how to proceed with onboarding and communication. This meeting is followed by an Assessment Report (usually within 30-45 working days).
